$4,000 – $5,500
3-4 bedroom, more roof area, some broken tiles, ridges need full re-bed and re-point. Most Adelaide jobs fall here.
$5,500 – $7,000+
4+ bedroom, two-storey or steep pitch, terracotta restoration, heritage detail or scaffolding required.
